How to Install The Handle for a Lift & Sliding Door
Follow the simple steps below to correctly install the handle on your lift & sliding door. This guide shows how to align the handle with the pre-drilled holes, insert the spindle into the mechanism, and securely fasten the screws to ensure smooth operation, stability, and reliable opening and closing of the window.
Step 1
Accessory needed: handle, handle spindle, handle screws, lock cylinder, lock cylinder screw, electric drill or screwdriver and hammer.
Step 2
First, insert the spindle; then, mount the handles on both the interior and exterior sides (note: ensure the handle with the screw holes is placed on the interior side).
Step 3
Insert the lock cylinder.
Step 4
Tighten the lock cylinder screw.
Step 5
Tighten the handle screws.
Step 6
Finally, attach the handle covers.
Step 7
Testing and Adjustment: operate the handle to open and close the door.
