With some doors exceeding 2700 mm in height and others surpassing 3000 mm, all front panels and doors had to meet extraordinary dimensional requirements that could be difficult for any frame type. However, steel-reinforced uPVC rose to the challenge, providing the strength and stability needed to maintain structural integrity without compromising on performance.

The core of the window and door design for this project is the large size uPVC lift & sliding doors leading to the balcony. For this project, we used German Renolit FX Series Dark Oak Film for Inside and Outside. 

 RENOLIT EXOFOL FX is the high-performance film for the global market which sets new standards in terms of colour fastness and protection. It is especially designed and formulated for harsh tropical and subtropical climates i.e. Australia, India, North- and Middle America and South East Asia.

ROPO uPVC windows & doors are available in a beautiful range of colours including uPVC woodgrain finishes, which look like real wood. The single colour frames are the same colour inside and outside. Whereas on dual colours options the frame is white inside with a second color on the outside, in keeping with both the character of your property and inside decor.

For this project, we used double glazed with Low E (5 mm Clear Low E + 16 mm Argon Gas + 5 mm Toughened) to achieve energy report, Grade A, Warm Edge. The glass comply with Australian Standard AS1288, AS/NZS2208 and AS4666.
